An old favorite - Family Gold issues!!

Right! This is driving me mad and NO-ONE in Microsoft seems to care about this and I am just being sent round in circles.......

I have two family GOLD live members (child and Adult) who for quite a few months, have been unable to use their
PAID FOR Live! membership......

AND YES........I know the Live! Family GOLD membership has stopped, but we renewed in October 2013 (Microsoft took this payment by Direct Debit) and in line with Microsoft's announcement (which they do not seem to be honoring.....), we would not be affected
until this renewal had expired (i.e. October 2013).

Every time I am trying to sign in with either of the 2 accounts, I am asked if I want to sign in with email and password. We do this. Even on the adult account, we are told that we have to sign in at xbox.com. We sign in with each account. Then we are told
that an adult has to sign in to give permission on both accounts. Adult signs in. Then told that birth date and some other information is not present and need to go to account settings, where, when we sign in to account options, the information is sitting
there in black and white.......

I really need help with this please as I have 2 family members that can no longer access Live! accounts, although paid for..........

I know LOTS of people have had the same issue and would like to hear from them and how they resolved this.

Can I Add my Gold Account to a Family Account?

Does anyone know whether it's possible to add my Gold Account to a Family Gold Account?

I was thinking of buying a Family Gold Account for the kids now they are old enough, but would like to manage the entire Family account using my existing Gold Account.

Possible?

 

Family gold pack

In Feb my old family gold pack membership ran out, today Sat 23rd I renewed my gold account but cannot seem to find out how to upgrade to family gold.

Help would be appreciated
