    I have been trying to reach someone all morning! An old account was hacked and my user name/password was changed without my permission and a subscription to Xbox was created. I need to speak to a live person ASAP! Please!

    That is the problem. someone has changed my user name/password in Microsoft and subscribed to a subscription to Xbox. I don't own an Xbox.
