    An issue with saving game progress XBOX360, Ryman Origins.

    I have recently (on 10th of May) purchased the game for XBOX360 - Rayman® Origins. Purchase order #567735044446449838

    The issue is that I recieve an error message when trying to Load a saved game file. The message says someting like: "The file is damaged and can't be loaded. Continue without saving?" I have tried to delete the game from console and unstall it again but
    it didn't help.

    Could you please advise if the issue can be somehow fixed, or can the order be cancelled?

    Saving games/progress

    A game message along the lines of "if you proceed, your progress will not be saved" is usually something that comes up when you don't select a storage device to save your games on, and the game proceeds to let you play without saving.

    What kind of Xbox 360 do you have? Does your Xbox 360 have a storage device to save games on? If you have Xbox Live Gold, you could also try saving your games to the Cloud when asked to select a storage device.

    I just got an Xbox 360 before yesterday and GTA 5. I tried to play it but Everytime I go Xbox home, it says if you click yes all your progress is gonna b lost. It says that they're not saved. Any recommendations or any help please

    its a Xbox 360 backwards compatible title which I’ve played on my XboxOne every couple of months so this is a new development. I haven’t had 360 for some time.

    Thanks for the update on your issue. If it is saying there isn't a cloud save, then somehow it has been deleted or got corrupt. In this case there is no way to recover a corrupt save. You would need to start over unfortunately. We are truly sorry for any
    inconvenience this may cause. Do you have a Xbox 360 you can launch the game on and see if the save available there from the cloud?

    Hi Brad, I don’t currently have a Xbox 360. The save games are gone for that game but I thought I’d ask and mention it here since my achievements are intact but my saved games not.

    I have since started grinding through the game again.

    It looks like that game was originally for the 360 and that’s where the gamerscore came from. Did you download a new version for the Xbox One? If so, it’s written for the One which means you have the chance to play it again and unlock it all on your Xbox
    One console.

    I did this for Skyrim. I had the 360 version and got all the achievements on it and then bought the remastered version for the One and did the same.
