    I've gotten it several times over the last few years and have wasted hours trying to fix the issues myself before just giving up.

    I've looked into my account several times, and the main factor I see is that for some reason my account currency has the option for Pounds. I've never been out of the US with my account, but there is a blank UK address tired to it that I can not remove.
    I have tried shifting regions to the US but since I'm already there, no luck. I've tried removing the blank UK address, but since it's blank I can't update it.

    If it can be fixed, awesome. If not, I'll live. Thank you for your time.

    Still an issue with my account

    Hello DarthBrettFett,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
    for the inconvenience.

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will
    be automatically converted to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalogue.

  3. Still an issue with my account

    I posted about a month ago about an issue with my account and received an explanation of the issue. I have not received any update on the status since then. Is this going to be fixed before the conversion to Microsoft Rewards and if not, then what?

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution. You may wish to avoid redeeming Gems
    for Vault Credits until this issue is resolved, as mentioned in the FAQ.

    Hi Toxic, I am going to try and help you out here. If the achievements are earned offline, then you must connect to Xbox Live to synchronise the achievements. If you download your profile without ever connecting to Xbox Live, then the achievements will be
    gone. If the achievements were earned online then there may be a bigger issue, and I would recommend contacting Xbox Support here:
