    Why after a suspension ended can't I still talk it literally said after it lifted I'd be able to resume with my account again? If this is the case and the issue isn't resolved and persist I might have to sell the console way too frustrated

    Have you tried clearing the cache? Or reinstalling?

    Dont worry it happens to me as well, it pisses me off a lot especially when im continuing making my city. The next update 1.8.2 they will patch it when the update comes out.

    Yeah this is a big issue. It should be getting patched here soon (week-ish).

    you know you can just put them in the treasure box thing (need 8 planks to built it), and they well be there the next time you play it that save again.
