An installed game on xbox one doesn't respond when i try to open it

Hey! Im Im rea sorry your having problems loading and really even finding the game you bought. Could you try a couple things?

First, clear the Xbox One's cache by unplugging the cknsome from power, homding the power button for 15 seconds, then plugging it back in. If that doesnt work, check back in the store on the account you bought it on. What does it show where it would normally
say the price? Like "Get", "Install", "Open", etc.

Definitely report back and let me know if the first thing helped or what it shows in the store!

It could be corrupted so if it installed bit not showing up try uninstalling from settings then reinstall

check your Download Queue to see if it is still downloading/installing.

if it isn't in the Queue and it isn't in your installed games, on your Xbox go to the Xbox Store and search for the game there.

it should give you the option to either Play or Install the game

soft factory reset of the console (the kind that keeps your games and apps).
