    So I bought a new series X and I bought it from someone off the internet who provided me the receipt didn't know if I could get a warranty, and if so if I could get like an extended one cuz I know how the first batch of systems usually have problems

    When you are looking at the game, press A to get to the screen that asks if you want to buy it (for whatever the price is). While there, at the bottom of the screen is an option to press X to purchase with MS Points. Press it and you can buy with points
    instead of your card.

    It was this definitely this tag because its the only one I have. As for why there doesn't appear to be any calls I don't know their system or how they log that information. But I'll say this I most certainly did call 3-4 times minimum. Do you know of any
    investigation into this matter? I've been a more then steady customer since 2007 and I'd like to see that they recognize the concerns of those who have invested time and money in theirs products.
