An Expedition into Expansions

With the future of Xbox One games looming to increase with the up-and-coming E3 event, there will undoubtedly be numerous expansions that will become available (like the 1 for Titanfall above) to help expand the life of your games. As far as expansions go,
do you think you'd be excited enough to pick up the above expansion as well as the numerous others that will undoubtedly become available with the soon-to-be announced games? What Xbox One games would you like to see expansions for? What kind of expansions
would you like to see?

Hola he comprado con tarjeta de credito titanfall expedition y titanfall season pass, pero tengo problemas para jugar ambas expansiones, he seguido el comentario realizado por suppor de xbox (Ir a Mis Juegos y Aplicaciones, luego Juegos y resaltar Titanfall.

Hi I bought card titanfall Credit expedition and titanfall season pass, but I have trouble playing both expansions, I followed the comment made by suppor xbox (Go to My Games and Applications, then Games and highlight Titanfall. Press Menu (three lines horizontal)
and then select Manage Games. should be separated here tiles, is one of them labeled Expedition? If so, press A on it and should, hopefully, ask you to Install.), I followed those instructions but I have I could change the expansions so request your support
to be able to play these expansions, thank you very much for your feedback.

I'll buy the Titanfall expansions when the season pass goes on sale.

 

Um, I thought the season pass WAS the sale...

 

I think certain expansion packs are pretty cool, BF4 premium is some food value for money in my opinion has added a lot more hours to the game, I have already bought the Titanfall season pass day one so can't judge that just yet. Forza has been good for
me though some of the cars have been a little of an odd choice for the game.

The only one I'm not quite sold on is Watchdogs as they have pretty much turned round and said we've taken this out of the game and are making you pay for it as an extra cost, even though the game was a fair while off from release, so I am going to hold
off on that one and vet a verdict from someone who has purchased it and played it.

 

About Titanfall,yes.

If i still can play it in a year or two,with updates and DLCs,i'm ready.

For example,what did Gearbox with Borderlands,it's great.Nice DLCs,updates for more than a year after the release.

I expect this kind of thing with Fable Legends.

I think that a decade ago,only MMOs were able to have long lifetime and expansion packs,now i think others kind of games can have these too.

Halo 4 got weekly episodes for Spartan ops.

If i like the game and devs can expand the lifetime with great and interesting contents.I'm ready,my fingers too.

 

If the expansion pack was as good as Shivering Isles I would buy it every time.

 

I judge DLC on a case to case basis. If it looks good, I'm gonna play it. If it looks like it sucks, then I don't care about any achievements or completion percentage or anything like that.

 

I've started to expect DLC with most games, even upon release. If a game releases DLC, I expect it to support that game for at least a year, if not longer.

In the beginning, I think they should offer a season pass as a discount to future DLC. I also think that after all of the DLC is released at the end of that 1st year, the season pass itself should get discounted even further for those who haven't picked
up any of the expansions yet (as well as the individual DLCs). This way, everybody saves in some way (early adopters get the season pass discount, individual purchasers get a discount by not buying everything, and late adopters get a "you're late to the party"
discount) and the developers even get more money through having more purchases (and after that 1st year, an ultimate or gold edition of the game could also be released that comes with all of the DLC as well). Everybody wins!
