    An error with my xbox account


    When i try to open xbox account from the browser i am placed in "Family and online safety" section in "Manage app privacy settings on xbox one" and its the same with xbox settings and i dont have a family connection so it cant be from family restriction.
    If anyone has a solution, please write!

    if the date of birth entered in your Xbox profile means that you are under 18 then the account will automatically be made as a child account.

    if that is the case you will need to get a parent to create an adult account then create a family group and invite you to that group and then they can change the privacy settings for your profile
