I've been trying to direct to the Xbox Profile Settings page for awhile now, I've attempted across different browers and on different devices but every time I go to the page I consistently get the message:

"An error occurred while processing your request.

Reference #30"

Is there any way to fix this?

Hello!

I'm guessing it has something to either do with something with your computer or something that isn't completed in your profile. I just signed up for it and did not run into any issues.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue with signing in. Have you tried signing in with different devices and clearing the cookies and cache of your web browsers? I also recommend restarting your computer with a

clean boot.

Do you have any issues with logging into account.microsoft.com or just xbox.com?

By any chance do you have the Xbox app for Windows 10 or the mobile app and test if you can sign in there?
