So I'm trying to sign up for the Halo MCC alpha/beta testing through halowaypoint.com. After trying to sign in numerous times on multiple days and across both google chrome and microsoft edge; i consistently get the following chain of events

will be redirected to login.live.com after trying to signup here: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/community/halo-insider

will get through login, get verification on my phone, then be redirected here: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/errors/account/xboxlive

will then go to xbox.com and try to sign in and get the following error:

An error occurred while processing your request.

Can't find anything about this error anywhere and looking for some help.

Hello!

I'm guessing it has something to either do with something with your computer or something that isn't completed in your profile. I just signed up for it and did not run into any issues.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue with signing in. Have you tried signing in with different devices and clearing the cookies and cache of your web browsers? I also recommend restarting your computer with a

clean boot.

Do you have any issues with logging into account.microsoft.com or just xbox.com?

By any chance do you have the Xbox app for Windows 10 or the mobile app and test if you can sign in there?
