How to cancel the automatic renewal if i'm getting this error everytime. -> "an error occured cancelling the automatic renewall"

I didn't find anything about this on my X1.

Not that fast. I'm living in Ukraine and using the virtual visa. There is no support in Ukraine. I can't chat with the support team because my name shows as "????????" and it says "wrong data". I can switch my card to the another one, that i gonna block,
but this is not a solution.

 

That's not good. Unfortunately, as I mentioned earlier we cannot help with billing issues on here. The Ukraine does not seem to be an officially Live supported country. Seeing as you have a Gold membership you may need to contact phone support for the
country that you set your gamertag to. If you let me know which country that is I can get you a phone number.
