also tried to delete and log in with my profile but got same error when logging in. Obviously, it's Xbox Live problem.

 

I'm from Ukraine, the same error 0x80a40010 on Xbox, and error 0x8015DC0B (XO_E_ACCOUNT_COUNTRY_NOT_AUTHORIZED) on Xbox app on Windows 10.

Workaround: disable network on Xbox, you will be able to login and play locally

 

There is a workaround that has been shown that others have got to work. You can try this for now till a more permanent fix 0x80a40010
