An enforcement action has been incorrectly placed upon my account and I need help

On June 6th I received an enforcement action for communication as I had used inappropriate language in a message towards another member on Xbox (KYS). Two days later I received a second enforcement action on my account claiming I had further committed harassment
and abuse, this of course being IMPOSSIBLE because my account had received a communication ban , making it virtually impossible for me to communicate using my account. Believing this was an obvious and easily correctable mistake I submitted my second enforcement
for a case review, less than 24 hours later after " carefully looking at evidence" my enforcement was upheld , to my own amazement. Today I call Xbox support and explain the situation to the best of my ability, after being called back by a supervisor we arrived
at the conclusion that I in fact was not crazy and there was clearly an error. After much contemplating she assured me although she would love to, that there was nothing she could do. She then directed me here, warning that although the enforcement team no
longer check it ( of course they don't) I should post on the forums in the hopes that I run across an ambassador willing to help me. So here I am , please help me.

i have been blocked due to enforcement action. upon searching my account i found unknown people using my account. i have since removed the people. and unable to remove block.

 

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

Ambassadors are only fellow gamers who volunteer. We don't work for Microsoft so there is nothing further we could do.

 

So what would you recommend me do? It seems like every person I come into contact with about the issue seem incapable of helping me or even directing me in the direction of actual help. At this point this is clearly a problem on several different levels
, this is ridiculous.

 

Since the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

 

Its easy there is only one answer for you and you got told already in email.and the console msg and smuwtches

No online service uses any other contact due to it would be useless spammers would just spam the line and youd never get in

A moderated approach is better and you get answered the first time and only time

Anything else is not going to solve your problem

If it has been upheld there is nothing further

If it is an harassment ban keep in mind punishments does stack meaning you only serve one at a time and the next one will follow if multiple occurred or more is found in the investigation.

This is why all of my friends get PlayStation, this is actually erroneous and maddening. If avoiding your problem is the solution, you have a Serious Problem.

 

Any report filed against you has to be investigated which takes time.

Your 2nd suspension would of been for something you probably did before your first suspension was issued.

Most enforcement action is issued for an offence that happened several weeks ago or even longer.

As mentioned,if the case review decision was upheld then that's it,there is nothing else you can do.

Phone/chat support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement so it doesn't matter what they said.They wouldn't be able to tell you if the suspension was an error or not anyway.
