    Dear all,



    My name is Danny Barry, currently an undergraduate student from the University of Southampton. I am here is to request you all participate my online survey since it is considered a significant part of my thesis. The topic is about the prospect of "Gaming

    Help me please major emergency

    I have the xbox 360 slim with the gloss finish and chrome trim. It now has a red ring and a red dot on the console and it won't display anything when it's turned on. It was sitting in my room ( around +10 ~ +17 c° ) for 2 days without being turned on but
    was still plugged in. I manually turned it on and the startup cutscene with the Xbox logo started and Midway through it froze and made a loud beep sound and that's when the red ring happened.

    Birthday emergency please help

    If that's the only disc that gives you the same issue, the first thing you'd want to do is take it back to the retailer it was purchased from and exchange it.

    If the info Smwutches gave you doesn't work then try doing a factory reset on the console. Also, the disc reader may be failing and the console may be in need of a repair because of it. That's something to be aware of.

    Another thing you could try (and this is not recommended as it could scratch the disc) is to hold the disc for 2-3 seconds when the console grabs it. This forces the disc to spin making the console read it.

    Ive done that, Ive done possibly everything known to man trying to get this game to work, and my final conclusion is that MY PERSONAL XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT does not work on this game anymore.

    Check to see if you have corrupted game save and if so delete them. To determine whether a saved game is corrupted, follow these steps: Go to the Settings hub and select System, then select Storage. Select the storage location, and then press the A button.
    Select Games, and then press the A button. Select the game, and then press the A button. Select the saved game, and then press the A button. If the saved game file is corrupted, it will be marked as Corrupt Content and will have a yellow exclamation point.
