An apple in my xbox 360

Well my xbox 360 got over heated got off last night and when I tried to restart it, it flashed two red lights at the left. I was terrified because I thought it was in to the ring of death but after fe searches I found out that it just over heated. And when
I followed some steps like first thing was giving it a wide open space and second thing was to remove the top cover and when I did that I found out that there was a plastic apple inside it.

Is it one of its components or what?

I've refurbished Xbox 360's in the past and I can assure you, a plastic apple is definitely
NOT part of the internal hardware coming straight from the factory lol ...my question is, did you purchase this Xbox as a previously owned system?

As for helping to keep your Xbox running as cool as it possibly can, I would suggest...

1. Keep it in an open space (No clutter around it, no stacking anything atop of it)

2. Keep it clean. Using a compressed air duster in a can in order to blow out the back area at least once a month is an excellent way to maintain and prolong the life of your electronics.

3. I also rest my consoles a top of a cooling pad that plugs directly into the USB. I know their more commonly used for Laptops, but having those extra fans hit the bottom of your console definitely make a huge difference. They work wonders and their very
inexpensive.

A plastic apple? Ummm i dont think thats normal. But if u get the dust out of the 360 it helps with heat also try to put it in a cooled place

I recently bought a Surface Tablet RT and the music app allows me to stream music, tv shows and movies from my Xbox Live account (purchased via Zune on my Xbox 360); however, I am NOT able to access my "music videos" as purchased via Zune on my Xbox 360.
The music videos are still playable on my Xbox 360 console. When I try to play my music videos on my Surface, I get an error message providing that the device cannot stream the music videos via the cloud. Exactly how can I add my music videos to my Surface
tablet? I find this frustrating, and it's a simple matter and nobody (Surface support, Microsoft store reps) has been able to give me a simple, or any useful, answer. This is definitely what separates the Surface from Apple mobile devices as anything I purchase
on Itunes is seamlessly accessible on all Apple mobile devices. Without real assistance in using my Surface for media/entertainment as advertised, I'll be forced to return it and rely back on my Apple devices.
