    Hi, it's been a while since I haven't been able to connect to my old gamertag: FilouTramway315 associated with the following email: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** . When I try to connect to this email, It appears that it doesn't exist anymore. But, I have found an email close
    to this one: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. Besides, all of the informations I have given originally seem to have changed (even the secon email adress associated to it). How can I get my account back?

    You should still be able to log in, the suspension only applies to making payments on your account (or so the guy I spoke to told me). I can certainly still log in despite my account being suspended. However your password has probably been changed by the
    person that stole your account - mine was - so you'll need to go through the password reset process first.

    FIFA 12 tried to be hacked again

    If you get hacked and FIFA shows up in your recently played games, your account is most likely going to be stolen, or already has been.. My friend explained it as a way of the hacker saying "Your account is mine now". The guy who plays FIFA on other's accounts
    lives in Brazil. He stole my account and I think MS finally locked it down a few weeks ago.

    I'm sorry to hear your account was stolen.

    Unfortunately, the only ways to stop billing charges coming from an account you've lost access to are either recovering the account and canceling the subscription, or reaching out to the bank/financial institution in charge of your payment method so they can help you prevent future charges, and if necessary, issue a new a card.

    May I ask if you have already tried changing your account's password/security info, or filling out the Account Recovery Form?

    HI,

    I'm afraid there isn't a way to locate it. Besides, it is very likely that your stolen console has more than likely been, or is in the process of being sold on by now. The person who uses it next probably has no idea it was stolen.

    When has it ever been stolen? That's not a thing. It's a rumour. If your credit card was truly stolen it's by someone you know that has access to the account.

    Sorry to hear this VicKre. I'd suggest you follow the guidance on
    this support article     to report this to Microsoft.

    If at all possible, attempt to recover the account with the forgotten password tools too and if you reuse the same password on other accounts, I would recommend changing them.
