An american in europe, and playing games only available outside of europe. QUESTION!

Hi, i have a question about downloading content from other zones.

recently a few weeks ago my friend signed into his own account on my console, i am from ireland and so is my console.

However my friend was thinking of moving to america so he changed his location to united states , he also downloaded some free dlc and arcade games while on my console so he would'nt have the bother of having to search for it while in america so he could
just go to download history and re-download to make things easier for him. BUT some of the content he downloaded (example: aegis wing) is not available in the european marketplace. if i were to play some of the free arcade games that HE downloaded would MY
account get suspended for some reason??

i know it sounds dumb but i just want to make sure everything is ok before i attempt to play any of the games.

i've been talking to some people about it and they said there's nothing wrong with it but then when i went to check online for an answer i found this

be banned if i tried,

i'm uncertain about this so i have decided to ask here.

New games for co-op

I'd be available for Mass effect 3,Minecraft and Dark Souls ( LOVE that game!), but i'd have to know in which state you are: I'm in Europe,and it would be hard for me to play with americans,so if you're in Europe,that'd be perfect!

Only in Europe, Americans get screwed on this one...
