An Ambassador with a Question(s)

Hello,

Long story, short version. I've been an Ambassador for some time now. Recently reached Level 6. However, as you can see on my gamercard to the left of this post, there is no indication that I am in fact an Ambassador. This same issue applies with my status
as an Enforcer. Amongst several other issues, it's a little frustrating.

I have emailed the Ambs team, to no avail. No response as of yet. I would just like to know if there is something 'glitched' with my account or if the forums just do not like me. I have done a little over 1200 assists with the Enforcement United beta, but
have not gained any rank, nor does my account even reflect that I have done so. As with the Ambassador program, I'm around 120 assists, with no recognition.

Please help. Every and any response would be greatly appreciated.

Ambassador program sign-in error 404 File not found.

The "Group Not Found" means your are not unlocked for the Ambassador forum.

That also happen if you join a Beta, it takes some days till you have access to the forums.

It´s not an error.

You should post your question in the Support forums to fix the error on the ambassador bank

Question RE ambassador, when a user asks a question, and you dont respond in time, does another ambassador answer the question or does it simply close?

 

It's not you, the forums are broken. Everyone's CUL is messed up. The Forum Home Page is messed up, My Discussion is messed up, My Favorites is messed up but no one is doing anything about it.

 

@Temhotabot - I had a feeling that was the case. For the last four or five months I was completely unable to access the forums. Kept getting a RunTime Error. Thank you for giving me a little more insight as to what's going on with it.
