An agent said my account would be unbanned but hasn’t for a while.

Technically, no one was sent here specifically (unless support agents said go to Using My Console). The banned console FAQ update on the 14th sends people to the Account Suspension forum. As that's monitored by PET, and PET's the group that bans and unbans
consoles, the best thing to do is let people know they should post in the Account Suspension forum.

I was banned when I was not on. My friends said that they didn't do it but they are the only ones who have my account and would probably do that. Is there any way I can get unbanned?

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Forums. In regards to the refund you would need to submit the request by following the link below. Just make sure that when you are going through it that you are under the correct account and that you have the Order
Number to the transaction as it will ask for this.

Request an Xbox Digital Product or Subscription Refund

To get the order number you can always review your accounts
Order History and look for the transactions in question and look at the order number.

Unless you used prepaid currency whixh is instant or.paypal which is 90days based on thier policies
