An achievement in Forza Motorsport hasn’t unlocked since launch, what can I do to delete my...

Hi, I’ve been trying to get the “Pole Position” achievement in Forza Motorsport since the game launched back in September.

For some reason, everytime I come first in a multiplayer race and get the best time for the achievement, my achievement will not unlock. What I believe has happened is that it thinks my account has already unlocked the achievement therefore not being able to register and give it to me.

Is there anyway I can delete my cloud save/information on this game so I can try and get this achievement as it one of my last ones and is driving crazy.

Also I find it very lazy to tell me to go to trueachievements, they have told me they can’t do anything so do not tell me to go there. This is what they have said:

I can suggest to reach out to the games developer, or to post a thread here on the TA forums to ask the community if they have the same issue and if they were able to solve it.”
