    hi i had phoned xbox support yesterday too get help as i lost my gift voucher had receipt guy said he could helpgot cut off phoned again only too be told couldnt help me i got email from my compant the call cost 57 pound am totally in shock dont know how
    am gonna pay this can someone help me pleas

    That seems a little strange. If you lost a gift card and had the receipt, the best place to contact would be the retailer from which the gift card was purchased. Microsoft wouldn't be able to validate a specific card for a specific retailer.

    As for the bill received after the call, did it specifically say what the bill was for? It should be specified against your Microsoft Account at account.microsoft.com under Payments & Billing. I would make sure to verify that the bill is not a fake or
    spam message, though I'm not 100% familiar with support standards in different regions.

    Gift cards can't be replaced if lost, Especially If the card has already been used, Then there is nothing you could at all. Microsoft can't search up codes by receipt. You would have to contact the merchant that sold it to you

    Sadly I don't think sorry will be able to help. A gift voucher is just like cash, if lost there isn't a way to get it back.

    Sent back my broken xbox one, microsoft refuses to refund my $580

    Wow, don't they give two weeks to return the item. I'm not sure I would have pressed my luck with that amount of money on the line. Customer support is pretty lousy with this company too. Good luck with that.
