Among Us Purchases have not come back after reinstalling

I bought some of the packs within the game before the star system was added on the windows version of among us, these purchases have not come back. How can I reinstall them?

Search for the packs you purchased on the store using the same account you got them with. They should show up as owned and you can install them. If you don't find them on the store and they can only be gotten within the game, then you'll need to reach out to the game support for assistance.

Yes I changed it using the organizer's account, reinstalled Among Us but it still shows that message.

Among the fixes you tried, have you tried a full uninstall and reinstall? If not, please try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it to see if there's any change with it's accessibility. Let us know

OK, I will try that. However, I first want to make another backup. Yesterday when I uninstalled AMONG US, I was unable to reinstall it. I got no error message, it just wouldn't DL. That was the same problem I had in June, but reinstalling windows fixed it that time.

P.S. As I mentioned, when I reinstalled W10 yesterday, I could not DL Minecraft or Among US. Is the Windows Store currently having problems?
