    Just bought Among us but can't play online as don't have a game pass, why is this?

    I see from the comments on the XBOX reviews on Microsoft store, it has been quite a regular occurrence. It appears many people have bought this game only to find out it is completely unusable unless having a pass.

    Please advise all games you can 'purchase' in microsoft store that are unusable without a game pass.

    Any game you purchase can be used without Game Pass. But in order to play them online you need a Gold subscription or Game Pass Ultimate (which includes Gold).

    I'm afraid you won't get Xbox achievements while you are playing Among Us on mobile. If you are on iPhone, you will only get achievements for Among Us on your App Store Game Center.
