    Is there any way Microsoft offers amnesty to permanent bans on Xbox Live accounts? That would be incredible as I really miss playing on Xbox and would love to come back. Xbox gaming was most of my childhood and I would love to have all those memories back available to me again. I've truly learned from my mistakes and hope forgiveness can be found for us all.

    I understand how important it is for you to play on Xbox and I'm very sorry to hear your account was permanently banned.

    Permanent bans are only issued after a thorough investigation determines that a severe violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement and Community Standards for Xbox has occurred on the service; because of the seriousness of these violations, and to keep other players safe, I'm afraid permanent bans can't be lifted.
