American in Mexico billing issue.

I am an American living in Mexico, and I'm unable to use my debit cards with Mexico addresses on them to but stuff in the store. I tried changing my location in the settings but then it changes everything to Spanish.

I also tried changing my location inside Xbox one so that the Mexican states will show up for billing, but Mexico isn't even an option there.

You do realize that Micosoft is an American company that has there consoles made in Asia and repaired in Mexico. So, how American are they really? Just another wealthy Corporate Giant that outsources most of their work and jobs. That is almost more American
than Baseball. What a joke.

 

Regarding latency issues

Wouldn't surprise me... Americans lagging on Mexico is like us Brits lagging on France. Too many French players with utterly crap connections.

 

This clearly is a frustrating problem not only you are experiencing.

Only solution at the moment is to choose the Mexican marketplace for purchasing games and then switch to English and US for playing.

You are an American living in Mexico. Is your gamertag set up for the US? If so then you'll need to change your Region to Mexico in order to use the Mexican credit card. Just changing location will not allow you to add it as your billing info and location
must match.
