American Horror Story Coven

I purchased the season pass of coven and it will not display or play episodes 3, 4, or 5. When I contacted support she said that they were not uploaded by the xbox video team. Please help!

I purchased the season pass, and episode 10 which aired on the 18th is STILL not a available to watch. I don't know why I keep purchasing these season passes. I've also had similar problems with the walking dead and breaking bad. Its been four days since
the original air date. I would expect one day to be reasonable, but four is just ridiculous.

The was no episode on the 18th. Episode 10 airs on 1/8/2014.

 

I had the same issue. I bought the full season on the 28th, I believe, for 33.99 and was able to watch the first three episodes. Episode 3 was available and watchable. Two days later, the episode lists wouldn't even load for this show and I had to hard-reboot
my system for them to appear. When they did, episodes 3, 4 and 5 were missing. It has been four days now and they haven't come back like support told me they would.

I believe that the episodes got pulled for some reason but support is either left in the dark about it or lying to me. I'm going to be seeking a refund and never purchasing media through Xbox video again, that's for sure.
