    American Dream achievement


    On GTA: Online I have an apartment, a garage, and an insured vehicle, but I have not been credited for the "American Dream" achievement. I was directed to post here by mircosoft customer support to resolve the glitch.

    American Dream achievement bugged?

    This also happened to me. I then bought a new house with a garage attached to it and the achievement unlocked.

    Looks like a bug =/

    American Dream achievement bugged?

    I don't know if it's bugged for me or if I don't fully understand it. I have three insured cars, an apartment with attached six-car garage, and if I try to buy a standalone garage it tells me I'd have to trade-in my current property to buy it. And I haven't
    received the achievement. Do I have to buy one of the deluxe apartments with attached ten-car garage for it to count?

    You have to buy your apartment from your telephone. Not from the for sale board.
