AMD Rewards Dropped the Ball - Trying redeem Xbox Gamepass prior to expiration...

Been trying to get AMD Rewards to honor the Xbox Gamepass DLC prior to expiration and they shined me on and dragged it out until expiration. I have an unused pass from a purchase, can you help me redeem it? AMD Rewards is a sham.

The general form of Microsoft redeemable codes is the 25 characters and can easily redeemed through Microsoft account | Redeem, so if the code can't be redeemed through the website mentioned it would be best to get i touch with the retailed for assistance regarding this matter.

Alexander, Did you receive an email with the code after claiming it on the AMD rewards site? If I remember correctly that is how I received the code when I redeemed my gamepass reward from an AMD purchase, the "activate" button you're clicking did not
actually activate it for me automatically.

Probabily you get the xbox code in the AMD website. Try to redeem it in
AMD Rewards, just insert your coupon code and you will receive the Game Pass code.

Remember that you will need to have a AMD account to access the AMD coupon redeem page.

I actually remembered another older 12 month XBOX Live subscription that I tried to enter as well. It says, "

Converting your code

Redeeming your Prepaid Xbox Live Gold 12 Month code will automatically convert to 4 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and will be added to your current Xbox Game Pass Ultimate account. By redeeming this code, you agree to this conversion. All conversions

So, notice it says you can keep your code and redeem it prior to its expiration date.

But what I want to do is redeem it after my Game Pass ultimate expires. Assuming I will not want to pay for it after Sept 2020. Do I have to just hold on to all my codes and hope they don't expire?

Hi, you'll need to redeem that code on the AMD reward website, then you'll get the 25 digit code to use on your Xbox.
