Are you asking a similar question that you asked about a GPU here?.

Because, in that thread, you were asking about changing the GPU for your Inspiron 15 3567. That machine is a laptop and laptop CPU's and GPU's can not be upgraded.

Generally speaking, the only things you can change in a laptop is the RAM and the storage, but even that this isn't a given. Some laptops can not even have these components upgraded.

I personally would do a .range like ryzen 5 with Zen 2 I forget what it is gpu over 1000 bucks for a laptop

And you should definitely not buy a budget GPU or CPU if you plan on gaming. They will be outdated very quickly, if you want to get anything that’s going to last you any reasonable length of time, you’re looking at spending $1000

64bit refers to the ISA, not to the memory. While a larger ISA implies access to more memory, it isn't required.

The Xbox One APU uses CPU cores which contain AMD64, a 64bit-extension to x86 that AMD proposed while Intel was still designing their own. Microsoft told Intel and AMD they would only accept one and AMD's won out. Intel and AMD's cross licensing agreements
mean that Intel implements the same extensions (calling them EM64T).

The APU is a 64bit CPU. It has a 64bit ISA.
