AMD FX-8370 with Hyper-V Enabled Causes GameDVR to Fail Hardware Req's Check

I have been struggling with this for months. My pc specs seem fine; 8-Core AMD FX-8370 CPU, 32Gb or RAM and an AMD R9 380 4Gb GPU. It totally blew my mind. I then did a fresh install and found that the GameDVR worked until I installed Visual Studio 2015
with the emulators.

When I install Visual Studio 2015 Update 3 and the necessary emulators for Windows 8/8.1/10 Hyper-V then gets enabled using the "Turn Windows features on or off" which caused the GameDVR to state the "Sorry, this PC doesn't meet the hardware requirements
for recording clips. For more info, go to Game bar settings" error.

If you have the same issue, modify the VS installation and uncheck any emulators, disable Hyper-V in the Windows Features via Control Panel and it should work again.

And it works with 3rd party hardware (being a PC and all) which includes my 360 controller + the other billion advantages that come with not having crippled all-in-ONE company hardware.
