    How to Find SSID (Network Name)



    1. Login to the router by entering 192.168.100.1 / 192.168.0.1 in to the address bar.
    2. Click Login in the upper right corner, enter the login information provided on this page.
    3. Select Wireless from the menu across the top of the page.
    4. Select Primary Network from the menu on the left.
    5. Your network name will be listed as Network Name (SSID).


    How To Find Wireless Passphrase (WPA/WEP)



    1. Login to the router by entering 192.168.100.1 / 192.168.0.1 in to the address bar.
    2. Click Login in the upper right corner, enter the login information provided on this page.
    3. Select Wireless from the menu across the top.
    4. Select Primary Network from the menu on the left.
    5. Depending on your security type it may be necessary to check the Show Key box. The Wireless passphrase will be listed in the WPA Pre-Shared key space.


    Changing Wireless Security Type/ Disabling Wireless Security



    1. Login to the router by entering 192.168.100.1 / 192.168.0.1 in to the address bar.
    2. Click Login in the upper right corner, enter the login information provided on this page.
    3. Select Wireless from the menu across the top.
    4. Select Primary Network from the menu on the left.
    5. One of several security types will be set to enabled. To disable all security select disabled for all the different security types.
    6. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the screen.


    MAC Filtering



    1. Login to the router by entering 192.168.100.1 / 192.168.0.1 in to the address bar.
    2. Click Login in the upper right corner, enter the login information provided on this page.
    3. Select Wireless from the menu across the top.
    4. Click Access Control from the menu on the left.
    5. Set the MAC Restrict Mode to Disabled.
    6. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the page.


    Change Wireless Channel



    1. Login to the router by entering 192.168.100.1 / 192.168.0.1 in to the address bar.
    2. Click Login in the upper right corner, enter the login information provided on this page.
    3. Select Wireless from the menu across the top.
    4. Select Primary Network from the menu on the left.
    5. From the drop down menu labeled Control Channel select the desired channel. (Channels 1,3,9,11)
    6. Click Apply.


    Change Wireless Mode



    1. Plug the computer into a LAN port via an ethernet cable.
    2. Login to the router by entering 192.168.100.1 / 192.168.0.1 in to the address bar.
    3. Click Login in the upper right corner, enter the login information provided on this page.
    4. Select Wireless from the menu across the top.
    5. Select Primary Network from the menu on the left.
    6. From the 802.11 n-mode dropdown select Off.
    7. Click Apply.


    Change Wireless Band (Width)

    DHCP Reservation

    3. Select Gateway from the menu across the top.
    4. Click Static Lease from the menu on the left.
    5. Enter the MAC Address and the desired IP Address of your Xbox console.
    6. Check the Enabled box.
    7. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the screen.


    UPnP



    1. Login to the router by entering 192.168.100.1 / 192.168.0.1 in to the address bar.
    2. Click Login in the upper right corner, enter the login information provided on this page.
    3. Select Gateway from the menu across the top.
    4. Select Options from under the Advanced Gateway Setup section.
    5. Toggle UPnP on or off by placing or removing the check box next to UPnP Enable.
    6. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the screen.


    DMZ



    1. Login to the router by entering 192.168.100.1 / 192.168.0.1 in to the address bar.
    2. Click Login in the upper right corner, enter the login information provided on this page.
    3. Select Gateway from the menu across the top.
    4. Select DMZ Host from the menu on the left.
    5. Enter the last digit of the IP Address your Xbox console has.
    6. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the screen.


    Disable DMZ



    1. Login to the router by entering 192.168.100.1 / 192.168.0.1 in to the address bar.
    2. Click Login in the upper right corner, enter the login information provided on this page.
    3. Select Gateway from the menu across the top.
    4. Select DMZ Host from the menu on the left.
    5. Clear the last digit of the IP Address from the DMZ Address.
    6. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the page.


    Port Forwarding



    1. Login to the router by entering 192.168.100.1 / 192.168.0.1 in to the address bar.
    2. Click Login in the upper right corner, enter the login information provided on this page.
    3. Select Gateway from the menu across the top.
    4. Select Forwarding from the menu on the left.
    5. Enter the IP Address of your Xbox console in the Local IP column.
    6. Set both Ext Start Port and Ext End Port to 3074.
    7. Set Protocol to Both.
    8. Check the Enabled box.
    9. Click the Apply button.


    Disable Port Forwarding



    1. Login to the router by entering 192.168.100.1 / 192.168.0.1 in to the address bar.
    2. Click Login in the upper right corner, enter the login information provided on this page.
    3. Select Gateway from the menu across the top.
    4. Select Forwarding from the menu on the left.
    5. Uncheck the Enabled box.

    4. Select Tools from the menu across the top.
    5. Select User Defaults from the menu on the left.
    6. Set both Restore Defaults and Reset The System to Yes.
    7. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the screen.


    Through Hardware



    1. Plug the computer into a LAN port via an ethernet cable.
    2. Locate the reset button on the device.
    3. With paperclip/pen/toothpick hold down the reset button down for 30 seconds.
    4. Wait for lights to turn off then return to normal.


    Known Issues

    This device has been known to cause NAT and random disconnections when IP Flood Detection and the Firewall are on.

    Multiple Console Support

    We have confirmed that this network device is unable to support more than one console with an Open NAT.

    How to Find Wireless Passphrase


    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.0.1 in the address bar.
    3. Select login from the side menu.
    4. Enter the username and password. (user/user)
    5. Select Wireless from the menu at the top.
    6. Select Primary Network from the menu on the left.
    7. Select the check box that says show characters.
    8. Verify the password displayed.
    How to Change Wireless Security

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.0.1 in the address bar.
    3. Select login from the side menu.
    4. Enter the username and password. (user/user)
    5. Select Wireless from the menu at the top.
    6. Select Primary Network from the menu on the left.
    7. Enable the desired security type. (WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK)
    8. To turn off the security select Disable for all the security types.


    DMZ

    DHCP Reservation

    3. Select login from the side menu.
    4. Enter the username and password. (user/user)
    5. Select Gateway from the menu at the top.
    6. Select "Gateway" across the top.
    7. Select "Static Lease" on the left.
    8. Enter in the Mac and IP addresses for the Xbox.
    9. Select the Enable Check box to the right.
    10. Select Apply.


    Port Forwarding

    1. Enter http://192.168.0.1 in the address bar.
    2. Select login from the side menu.
    3. Enter the username and password. (user/user)
    4. Select Gateway from the menu across the top.
    5. Select Port Forwarding from the menu on the left.
    6. Enter IP address of the Xbox.
    7. Enter the internal Port Number 3074.
    8. Enter the Ext. Start Port Number 3074.
    9. Enter the Ext. End Port Number 3074.
    10. Set the protocol to both.
    11. Select Apply.
    Disable Port Forwarding

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.0.1 in the address bar.
    3. Select login from the side menu.
    4. Enter the username and password. (user/user)
    5. Select Gateway from the menu across the top.
    6. Select Port Forwarding from the menu on the left.
    7. Uncheck the Enable box of the ports you want to remove.
    8. Select Apply.


    Firewall

    1. Open a web browser.

    3. Select login from the side menu.

    5. From the menu across the top select Firewall.
    6. Select Content Filter from the menu on the left.
    7. Un-check IP-Flood detection and Firewall Protection.
    8. Select Apply.


    Restore Defaults

    3. Select login from the side menu.

    7. Select Enable to the right of "Bridge mode:".

    Known Issues

    This device will give NAT-like issues, random disconnections and in-game errors (such as "Black Ops Servers Unavailable") while IP Flood Detection and Firewall Protection are enabled. Try disabling one or both to resolve the issue.

      as listed by the device.

    3. When prompted enter user for the username and user for the password.
    4. Select Advanced from the menu across the top.
    5. Select DMZ Host from the menu on the left.
    6. Enter IP address of the Xbox in the DMZ address box.
    7. Select Apply.
    Disable DMZ

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.100.1 in the address bar.
    3. When prompted enter user for the username and user for the password.
    4. Select Advanced from the menu across the top.
    5. Select DMZ Host from the menu on the left.
    6. Enter a 0 in the DMZ address box. (if 0 is not allowed use 1)
    7. Select Apply.


    DHCP Reservation

    4. Select Basic from the menu at the top.
    5. Select DHCP on the left.
    6. Find your Xbox on the list labeled DHCP Clients and select the select button
    7. This should reserve the current private IP address for your Xbox.


    Port Forwarding

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.100.1 in the address bar.
    3. When prompted enter user for the username and user for the password.
    4. Select Advanced from the menu across the top.
    5. Select Forwarding from the menu on the left.
    6. Select Create IPv4
    7. Enter IP address of the Xbox.
    8. For all areas asking for a start port or an end port enter 3074
    9. Set the protocol to both.
    10. Select Save.
    Disable Port Forwarding

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.100.1 in the address bar.
    3. When prompted enter user for the username and user for the password.
    4. Select Advanced from the menu across the top.
    5. Select Forwarding from the menu on the left.
    6. Uncheck the Enable box of the ports you want to remove. Or select Remove all.
    7. Select Save.


    Firewall

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.100.1 in the address bar.
    3. When prompted enter user for the username and user for the password.
    4. From the menu across the top select Firewall.
    5. Select Basic from the menu on the left.
    6. Set IPv4 Firewall Protection to Low
    7. Check the Optimize for XBOX box.
    8. Select Apply.


    Restore Defaults

    Through firmware

    The firmware walkthrough for restoring factory defaults only removes user changes to the firewall settings and parental control settings. It is advised you do so via the hardware method.

    Known Issues

    This devices firewall settings can cause many online gaming issues with either Xbox model. If you are experiencing online multiplayer issues we recommend setting IPv4 Firewall Protection to Low to help resolve.
