    Ambiguous Promotion leads to disappointed Children


    Why do you create a promotion and then change it during checkout? I've been on with Live Chat since 5:48pm and it is now 6:44pm

    See the screenshot below. It is from this link: Buy Xbox Live Gold - Microsoft Store en-CA

    As you can see from the screenshot, there is no mention of this promotion being for certain people only.

    The Checkout buttons have no symbol or text to tell the customer to read more somewhere else regarding this price being offered.

    I have two disappointed kids sitting here with me wondering why this has happened to them.

    Shame on Microsoft for being so dodgy and please do not send a canned email reply about Policy etc.

    I'd like to see if Microsoft really does care.

    Ambiguous In-game Navigation

    Upon completing a tile set chose to view board where using the Backspace key took me to the initial in-game menu; correctly using the Backspace key for navigation was a logical guess as there are no Back or Back Arrow buttons in the post-game "View Board"
    state or any instruction concerning navigation that I could locate. Just thought I would point out that buttons should also be present for touch devices and PC systems without touch device accessibility regardless of any swiping or gesture services.

    Thanks for your time and hope you consider the addition of the back/back-arrow buttons for Minesweeper in the near future as standard. Keep up the great work with Minesweeper strengthening its heritage with Windows Operating Systems --take care.

    Three things in life that are certain - death, taxes and receding hairlines; Microsoft Windows counter argument - Minesweeper, Calculator and Notepad. Honestly, I like Windows' position much more. Let's make Minesweeper great!

    It's blocking after the choice of the payment method.

    I'm very disappointed because my children want this game

    price, I'm afraid.
