    how much Xbox live doesnt tell you.....

    Well I may have advanced knowledge but pretty sure I'm too blunt to be an ambassdor

    You're going to need to explain this further.

    What exactly are you trying to do? (Expand on "help," mention how and where you are going to do this.)

    However, this belongs in Ambassador Support, so post there (with added detail) and someone will be able to assist you.
