    Ambassadors Removal Question


    I recently got a email stating that I got removed from the Xbox Ambassadors program due to behavior on the forums. I have never gotten in trouble for anything and wondering why and how I got removed from the forums and everything else.

    If i did something id like to know why i got removed besides the fact that something in the forums happen that i got penalized for.

    If this is in error id like to be reinstated and have my ambassadors star badge back along with access to anything ambassadors related.

    *Removed from the ambassador program?!

    Ambassadors are expected to comply with the Xbox Live Code of Conduct and Terms of Use.
    Additionally, because Ambassadors provide peer-to-peer support with the official blessing of Microsoft, we have the following additional requirements:

    • Ambassadors should NEVER request personal information, including but not limited to: Email address, billing information, personally identifiable information, and 5x5 codes for digital content on Xbox Live. Doing so will result in immediate removal from
      the program, and possible enforcement action.
    • If indicating Ambassadorship outside of Xbox Live, such as on a third party website or chat room, Ambassadors should NOT provide incorrect information, act in an unbecoming way, or otherwise violate the Xbox Live Code of Conduct.
      Doing so can result in removal from the program.
    • Ambassadors should make a best attempt to be helpful in support interactions. Ambassadors with an average chat rating of 4.0 or below are subject to removal from the program, as are Ambassadors who are obtrusive or markedly unhelpful in the Official Xbox
      Forums.
    • Ambassadors should never abuse or attempt to cheat the Ambassadors chat system. Doing so will result in immediate removal from the program.
    There`s not really anything you or anyone else can really do about this at this point, You should have read the Ambassador FAQ

    Being really vague about what you actually did doesn`t sound very convincing.

    Any code of conduct violation will have you removed from the programme, with zero chance of getting back in.

    I do have a question why was I removed from the ambassadors program by a corrupted ambassador that abuses there power and breaks there own rules that they are supposed to obey by?

    How to leave this company

    There is an option to leave the program under Account Settings on your Ambassador profile on the Ambassador site. If you cannot find that, you'll want to contact Ambassador staff for further questions as Ambassador issues are not handled via the forum. xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the space) is the email for staff.

    Why am I still banned from the Xbox Ambassadors Program?

    Ambassador issues are not handled by the forums. If you have a question about the program, you can contact Ambassador staff at xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces), but bans from the program are typically permanent.

    It still is a pretty good program, I still receive dozens of question notifications from my Windows Live Messenger while I'm online.

    The program is assisting those who have questions and need help, that is what it was intended for.

    The Xbox.com Ambassador program is moderated. There is no need to remove anyone for inactivity. If you are concerned as to why they don't remove inactive Ambassadors, check their FAQs.

    Mostly every Xbox.com Ambassadors that I've met have been extremely friendly and none of them were not "dicks" or "douchebags".
