ambassadors question

im trying to get a hold of the enforcement team due to a removal in the ambassadors program on 12/22/2014 if anyone can provide me a way please post or pm me so i can contact them. been trying to for the past 3-4 weeks

Not mods ..... ambassadors.

Ambassadors dont have any kind of authority or anything ..... just supposed to help out, answer questions, etc..

You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

 

The enforcement team have nothing to do with the ambassador programme.

 

You should have gotten a PM message stating why.

 

Nope never did. All I got was an email saying I was removed. I am a level 12 and never gotten I trouble before so I don't know how or why. Been on the phone with support at least a dozen times finding out why but they said its being forwarded to an ambassador
moderator but that was a week ago. Dont know what the hold up is or how to get back in either. Tried to reapply but that was 2 weeks ago.

 

Surely a level 12 ambassador would know that neither enforcement or phone support have nothing whatsoever to do with the ambassador program ?

You would need to pm one of the Mister/Miss/Misses who are official Microsoft staff & run the ambassador program.

 

They do and they don't. They have channels and can request stuff but they cant give out information as to why I was removed. I don't have access nor do I know any of the GamerTags if you can provide them to me if you can please so I can find out more details
on my problem id greatly appreciate it.

Id like to get back in and start helping again since I have only been in trouble once and if I can find out why I wont do it again so I can stay in and continue helping. Contacting them have been elusive.

As owen said,once you've been kicked out it's highly unlikely you'll be allowed back in.

Being really vague about what you actually did doesn`t sound very convincing.

Any code of conduct violation will have you removed from the programme, with zero chance of getting back in.

Back about a before Christmas (got removed on 12/22/14) I was having a debate abut the year one emails with a MISS QU... cant remember. I saw the link she was posting to everyone and I noticed a mistake and mind you everyone that was asking for the email
knew it wasn't supposed to be a random thing except for the actual prizes that were supped to be random.

So out of frustration I made a post asking for the email got the same link and she locked the post and I still had a concern so she unlocked it and I didn't harass her but I tried to make it clear that the post was wrong and would like for her to correct
it since she as a MOD had capability to change post structure. she didn't and sent me a link for reporting the problem didn't do that and again sent another message explaining why the post was wrong and asked her to fix it again. she I suppose probably didn't.

So long story short I was removed for trying to do something good and I think its unfair that I got removed for trying to do the right thing.

 

Sounds more like you were harassing her.

If she gave you the link to report it, why didn`t you?

 

I wasn't intentionally trying to and it was a link to report something and didn't think it pertained to that at the time but she did it like 3-4 posts in and I added one nor and think that's what did me in asking her to change it.
