    Ambassadors or Enforcement [Please!]


    Hello, I am personally hoping for Enforcements or Ambassadors to read this and help me with the following; In 2015 at some point my profile received a ban (issue unknown) and then again in about 2016/17 I received myself my 2nd ban except this was a communication
    ban. The 1st one I can not go as far to apologize with reason although I sincerely do agree that it was my fault and would like to apologize for it, the 2nd issue I am aware of and very deeply apologize again for my actions took. It was a heated moment and
    I made a regretted choice not realising what my actions could affect in the long run. At the time of both these issues I was not really involved with the community which has changed recently, I have took Xbox and my actions more serious and can guarantee that
    no issues like this will be arising again. I am ideally trying to apply as an Ambassador but get rejected due to enforcement against me, the goals I set to achieve will be to help others and start fresh as a respectful part of the team. I have spoke to Xbox
    Support and they said that the team here should be able to help me through these underlying problems. Once again I apologize for my actions and hope it could be moved on from.

    Account Banned Falsely

    So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

    Sorry but if you have had any type of enforcement action on your account then you can not join the ambassador program.

    If you have had enforcement action on your account it stays on your record for the life of that account,it will not be removed.

    Sorry you had such a rough time, I can understand a ban would ruin anyone's day. Also please be advised the Xbox ambassadors and these forums are here for technical support and issues, enforcement does not check these. Also Xbox ambassadors do not have
    the ability to enforce, remove, or issue bans.

    Charmed - Please don't bump old threads. You need a gamerscore of 1500 as part of the requirements to be an Ambassador. Ambassadors are not the same as the enforcement team and do not handle suspensions/bannings. To become a member of the enforcement team,
    you would have to apply like you would any other job and you have to live in Washington.
