Ambassadors Enforcement United issue. Under 18 Still?

Hi everyone I am an xbox ambassador and I turned 18 a few days ago so I tried to join the enforcement united team and when I check my eligibility it says that I am still under 18. My xbox account had my correct birth date on it so I am not sure what the
problem is. I have everything else that I need to join except it still says I am under 18. I checked to see if my account is still a child account and when I go on my 360 it doesn't give me the option to promote the account so I assume that I have promoted
the account. Please help I wish to help and join the enforcement team but it will not let me.

Enforcement United Ambassador Program

The Enforcement United program is currently only open to active Ambassadors. However, after the beta phase is complete it should be available for everyone who is 18 years of age or older.

You are not showing as an ambassador (do not have a wreath on your card). This suggests that you are not yet an ambassador. I would recommend heading back to the site and applying for the program then wait for an acceptance reply before taking part.

 

I am an ambassador so I am not sure why it is saying that I am not but that is not the problem when I try to sign up for the enforcement united it says I am under 18 when I am not and everything else you need is good and checked off.

 

You should post this in section 3 of the ambassador forums then.

If you cannot access the forums from the link I posted then that means you are not currently part of the program.

 

I tells me i am eligible for enforcement united but when i click enforce it says please hang on and then states opps something went wrong

We've learned a lot from the beta, and we're working on the next wave of improvements. In the meantime, we're putting updates on hold and closing these forums for the time being. When we're ready to take Enforcement United out of beta, we'll re-open
the forums.

The Enforcement United beta will remain in place, and if everything is working for you, feel free to continue submitting responses. The team may be fiddling and futzing with the application from time to time, so bear with us if it is temporarily unavailable.

Looking at your Gamercard, its not showing that you are an Xbox Live Ambassador. Meaning that you will not be able to access the Enforcement United. It might just be me, but if you feel that this is a Mistake. Please tweet the Official Xbox Live Support
