    Hello. I have had my xbox live account for around 10 years and I recently wanted to volunteer as an Ambassador, but I have an enforcement action that took place on my account. Now I can not apply for the Ambassador. Ironically enough, the day that I was
    going to apply, some kid reported me for something I said I suppose. So the whole 10 years that I have had xbox live, I have never had an enforcement put on me until just a couple days ago. I am simply asking xbox/microsoft to remove this enforcement from
    my activity history so I can become an Ambassador and help you out. I am 25 and I have the experience to be a good Ambassador. The xbox live code of conduct is nothing new to me. I still can not believe that for over 10 years of xbox live and things I have
    said, that this one curse word ruined my chance on this gamertag to become an Ambassador. Seems pretty silly to me. I really do not want to make another gamertag and grind 1500 gamerscore points just to become an Ambassador. Is there anyway I could have
    this little enforcement thing removed from my history?

    You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

    Rumor, MS is expanding voluntary tech supports

    They've been using ambassadors for chat support for some time now. So in a way, they kind of were.

    An xbox Ambassador should be an example for the gaming community and reflect the values that the xbox live supports. It is not enough to have knowledge on the Code of Conduct, you should be able to apply it as well in order to be an xbox Ambassador.

    I think some of the requirements for being an Ambassador have changed (see below) so I would encourage you to try joining again to see what happens.

    Cant access ambassador forums

    You need to be an ambassador to access the ambassador forums.

    As you don't have an ambassador symbol on your gamercard you are not an ambassador

    Are you sure you are a xbox ambassador? it doesn't have you listed as a ambassador under your name like the rest of the ambassadors
    Ambassadors who have not completed the ambassador quizzes won't have that nomanature in forums

    For issues with the Ambassador program, it's best to sign into the forums with your Ambassador profile and post in the Ambassador forum. Please use the link a the bottom of the Ambassador site to report the issue as a bug.

    Are you having problems on the Ambassador website, or on the Ambassador forum sections (which are closed to non-Ambassadors)?



    There are reports on the Ambassador support forums that people are currently unable to load the Ambassador site (a problem I am personally encountering). This may be connected to your issue.
