    You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

    Rumor, MS is expanding voluntary tech supports

    They've been using ambassadors for chat support for some time now. So in a way, they kind of were.

    Welcome. I've been doing the ambassador thing pretty seriously last year or so. The most important things, imo, are to remain active and know your stuff. You don't have to memorize everything, as long as you know where to look for it. As for activity, its
    cool if you just want to help a bit here or there but if you want to be "Legendary" (and not cheat the system to do it) then you'll have to be ready to dedicate an hour or two a day. Complete your missions, earn your rewards and don't forget to have fun. This
    is, by far, the best online gaming community with an abundance of people willing to make a new friend.

    Best ambassadors "glory moment" would probably be the first time your earn "legendary" status (top 100)... then it becomes an addictive chore to see how long you can keep the rank. lol

    My most memorable moments I probably couldn't post censored quotes of here without risking a ban. You encounter some strange characters doing support chats. Just try to stay cool and not take anything personal. Be helpful and sincere and the people who matter
    most will appreciate you. Good luck

    Cant access ambassador forums

    You need to be an ambassador to access the ambassador forums.

    As you don't have an ambassador symbol on your gamercard you are not an ambassador

    Are you sure you are a xbox ambassador? it doesn't have you listed as a ambassador under your name like the rest of the ambassadors
    Ambassadors who have not completed the ambassador quizzes won't have that nomanature in forums

    For issues with the Ambassador program, it's best to sign into the forums with your Ambassador profile and post in the Ambassador forum. Please use the link a the bottom of the Ambassador site to report the issue as a bug.

    Are you having problems on the Ambassador website, or on the Ambassador forum sections (which are closed to non-Ambassadors)?



    There are reports on the Ambassador support forums that people are currently unable to load the Ambassador site (a problem I am personally encountering). This may be connected to your issue.
