    Ambassador Xbox Gold failure?


    Dear readers and employees,

    I am trying to become an ambassador again after my gold ran out. I had much fun being an ambassador and wish to become one again. I have purchased and redeemed a gold card this morning (it is shown under subscriptions and orders) but it says that all eligibilities
    are met except current gold membership. I have done everything from refreshing to getting a new browser to new wifi ad shutting my computer off. I really wish to become an ambassador again.

    You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

    Sorry to hear you're having issues. The new program offers two specializations. One for Chat and one for the Forums. You can join these specializations at the following link.

    ambassadors.xbox.com/join

    Be sure to check out the new FAQ for the program here
    ambassadors.xbox.com/article

    Be aware that you are currently not showing as having a Gold membership though. Are you absolutely sure that it was redeemed on the account you are posting with? If you are then you should definitely give phone support a call to get this sorted out as
    an active Gold membership is required.

    A: Nope! Since this is a voluntary program, we welcome both Silver and Gold accounts to be an Ambassador. Have fun!
