Ambassador Tenure stuck for 3 days now.

Discus and support Ambassador Tenure stuck for 3 days now. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am new to the ambassador stuff and my tenure has been stuck on 28 days for almost 3 days now.     Ambassador Tenure stuck for 3 days now.


    I am new to the ambassador stuff and my tenure has been stuck on 28 days for almost 3 days now. Not really sure what the problem is. Please help

    Really Getting annoyed - Ambassador Tenure and problems

    Ok so I am an ambassador BUT MY TENURE ISN'T COUNTING I AM STUCK AT 0/14 Days, and I cannot access the ambassador forums can someone please help me fix this.

    Xbox Community Level Stuck at 0% until next level

    Hello

    For Ambassador related issues please use the Ambassador forums in the future

    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

    As for your level being stuck at 0% I assume it's because you haven't reached the required amount of Tenure, you need a combination of both that and XP in order to level up. I can't pull up your profile to check which is why I assume it's your Tenure. Tenure
    is the amount of days you've been an Ambassador.

    Flakjacket too strong?

    When they updated the ambassadors website it created some errors within their system that resulted in tenure and XP to be lost. I signed up for the program a second time (as instructed on a support thread in the ambassadors forum) where they would supposedly
    manually port the old XP and tenure over. It didn't really work out and now I am left with two ambassador symbols on my forum card. I should be like a level 3 ambassador by now, but oh well.
