Ambassador symbol missing

so funny thing is apparently I'm not the only one missing our symbols I'm one of 4

So I checked my enforcement.xbox.com clean as a whistle with a perfect record and we'll 75% rep which is your Dell fault

Anyways I still get my monthly ambassador emails so I just ignored the missing symbol

Anywayd so I saw another few posts and a troubleshooting step by miss bijoux so I try everything she suggested to the other ambassador even checkEd my record nope clean as a whistle

When I click join it checks all 4 conditions and then says we are experiencing problems with your application

Cant access ambassador forums

You need to be an ambassador to access the ambassador forums.

As you don't have an ambassador symbol on your gamercard you are not an ambassador

No I am not an ambassador, ambassador status is marked with an ambassador symbol on the bottom right corner of the gamercard on thats on the left

 

am in a long time ambassador too was anywyss till November or whenever we switched to those new format of forums

Which is why I ignored it as I chalet it up to bugs
