Seems like a small glitch in the system. Try again later to see if it resolved. Or, you can try using another browser (Firefox, Chrome, IE, etc) as sometimes it's just a browser compatibility issue. If the issue persists, contact Xbox Support via their Tweetfeed

I had the same problem earlier. You just have to try again later.

Hi there,

You can also try a different browser and if available try inPrivate browsing (via ctrl+shift+p).

If those things and trying it later (during 24 hours) doesn't help, please make a thread in the forums, with the things you tried so far.

I would recommend that you send one of the official support staff members a PM. You can send a PM to Mister Cerb who is an official support agent here on the forums. He is then able to forward this to one of the Xbox Ambassador staff members. You will find
