    Ambassador Program


    Hi, my gamertag is . I'd really love to be reviewed for the Ambassador program! I went to apply and my results showed that I am over 17 years old, have well over 1500 Gamerscore, and even though it says I do not have Xbox Live, I just bought some
    more. It does also state that I have not been accepted because I have had a problem with my account before with the enforcement team, it was a suspension for one day and I hope that it can be looked past. So you know, I also frequently look out for players
    breaking, or ruining games for other people and I already bring their gamertags and reasons behind it to the support page. Thank you!

    No love for day 1 users?

    I know Nintendo did an awesome ambassador program when they F'd up with the 3ds Launch. it would have been cool for the xbox one to have a program similar to that. I think a perfect soloution for the xbox ambassador program would be those members get additional discount on games on the xbox marketplace like lets say 5%-10% extra. Ah well what's done is done, but they should have had a program for early adopters to return their kinects though

    Rumor, MS is expanding voluntary tech supports

    They've been using ambassadors for chat support for some time now. So in a way, they kind of were.

    Issue with joining ambassadors

    The club is not the same as the program and anyone can join that, Ambassadors and non-Ambassadors. As far as the program, you'll want to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com to contact Ambassador staff.

    We Ambassadors do not have the tools or means to help in this matter.

    missions completed for the ambassador program are not run by the reward program. You will want to post your issue in the Ambassador help forum.

    Here is an FAQ
    about Ambassadors. However, there was recently a joining of the Ambassador and Xpert programs so there was a huge influx into the Ambassador program. I'm not entirely sure when the next application process will be for new Ambassadors.
