Ambassador Program Help

Hello, I recently had joined the Xbox Ambassador program but when I go to Ambassabank I receive this message every time I try to go into a chat:

"Xbox User:

Sorry, it looks like we couldn’t validate your Ambassadorship! Please sign out, and then sign back in with your Microsoft Account. If you’re still unable to use Ambassador Chat after these steps, please make a post in the Ambassadors Support Forum (http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/ambassadorchat/f/2590.aspx),
and include the following support code: 546f3d15-4c6d-4a4b-826e-405aeb05633c

A different Ambassador has selected this question. Better luck next time!"

Also, I did sign in and out of Ambassador and I have already joined. I am sorry if this is the wrong forum section as the forum section to post to was deleted.

Help your way to games

missions completed for the ambassador program are not run by the reward program. You will want to post your issue in the Ambassador help forum.

I can't get mine to go past the signup. When I try to join the Enforcement United it says I'm not an ambassador. I don't know what's up either.

This sounds like a problem you should be posting in the Xbox Ambassador forum. If you DO have access to the Ambassador forum then my suggestion would be to go here:

The Xbox Ambassadors program is a volunteer program.

We Ambassadors do not have the tools or means to help in this matter.

Hi there, Dave!

They have recently updated the site for the Ambassadors program and has unfortunately caused issues for users trying to sign up, even though they technically meet the requirements. The Ambassador team is aware of it and is currently trying to get it resolved.
Try again later on today or even tomorrow to allow them time to work out the kinks.

I'm sorry to hear about the frustrations. You'll want to check on the
Xbox Live Enforcement site to be sure you don't see any Enforcement actions anywhere on your account. It doesn't have to be recent, even things a couple months ago can affect your eligibility for the Ambassadors program.
