Ambassador program glitch

I joined the Xbox ambassador program earlier today but when i load up the website and sign in it says "join the ambassador program", when I click this it says i'm already part of the program but when i go to missions it says i need to join the program again.
Does anyone know why this is happening and how I could fix this?

if you can't access those links then you aren't in the ambassador program or there is a glitch somewhere. those are ambassador only forums. if you aren't an ambassador you can access those forums.

Its a glitch you know it. But thank you for showing everyone why the ambassador program is a joke.

If you can access the Ambassy its best to post that kind of issues related to the programm over there: Ambassy
Forum

Further if you just joined, allow it some hours as it might takes between 24-72h to synchronize. If the problem still existes after some time, feel free to post in the Ambassy linked above if you can access it.

Ambassador program issues are not handled via the forums. There is currently a glitch that has remove most/all users from the program. Once that is fixed, you should be readded. If not, you would need to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.
