Ambassador Program and sign-up is broken.

A little while ago my girlfriend signed up for the forum specialisation at xcl.xbox.com. This made her a Ambassador, despite not meeting any of the requirements. She got the badge and could access the hidden Ambassador section of the forum.

This got fixed and the Ambassador badge was removed, and with it her access to the private section. However at the mentioned xcl.xbox.com site she is still able to access the Ambassabank (the place where Ambassadors answer questions).

Purely for a lark to be honest I decided to check it out for myself. Clicked on Apply, got turned down because I am not Gold, but yet here on the forum I've been given the badge and access to the private section of the forum. No Ambassabank access for me though,
so at least they've got that right.

Forgive me for saying so but given that Ambassadors are an advertised means of support by Microsoft, you'd think they'd have this tightened up.

As you guys can see, I am an Ambassador now.

But whenever I go to Ambassbank to help people, I says I have not signed up for the program.

I recently changed my GT to c0okIemOnsT34s from killzone006.

My old GT is associated with Ambassador program and XBL Rewards program.

Should I sign up for the Ambassador Program again?

i joined the ambassador program and answered questions but when i try to sign up for enforcement it says i am not apart of the ambassador program

 

my niece applied a while ago, she is 10, on a silver account, with about 200gs, she was in within days, free to chat support with anyone on xbox live.

 

Since this is a forum about game discussions, but your issues are related to the Ambassadors program, it would be better to contact
