    Hello, Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

    The mission usually takes time to update. Also, you must have played that person in some kind of multiplayer game. I understand that it doesn't count if you send it to any friend. (There is a section on Xbox One where you can see recent players, I imagine
    they are based on that).
