    Hello, I was in the ambassador center, and I can do everything but it says that I am banned from the chat. I was wondering if it was an error or if I was actually banned.

    I am an ambassador and I have been for the last 9 months. I changed my gamertag in January and now it won't let me access ambassador lounge or ambassador support.

    Ambassador Lounge

    These are the requirements for being an ambassador

    • Be at least 13 years of age or older
    • Have at least 1500 Gamerscore
    • Have no prior Enforcement actions against your account
    • Have an active Xbox Live Gold Membership
    My guess is your Gamertag broke the
    COC     or TOA which got you an enforment action removing you from the program, seeing as you were at lv 1 XCL but have no ambassador badge on your profile

    I asked in the lounge for the ambassadors and they said "they will not bring them back" so stuck with hitting individual games. Its apparently against the forum rules.
